The assignment
We were commissioned by a design agency to manufacture and assemble all the components for a plastic parts processing machine.
The design, based on many years of experience of both the designers and the customer, had to guarantee a significant increase in production. The parts can be machined in 5 planes without the intervention of an operator.
Our solution
Our extensive range of machinery allowed us to finish almost all mechanical parts in-house. This enabled us to meet the strict delivery deadline. Welded parts, turned or milled parts were accurately machined and provided with the desired post-processing.
This project showed the added value of our extensive expertise and years of experience. We were able to actively work with the customer to take his machine to a superior level.
After finishing all parts, everything was assembled, so that it was ready for the integrator. This way, our customer was completely relieved of the burden. From then on, he was able to focus on the integration of his new production possibilities.
