Automation of series work

Our 5-axis milling machine is equipped with a loading robot that enables us to finish larger series work or recurring parts unmanned.

This means that we can also work through the night or during the weekend, which enables us to deliver faster.

To guarantee a large autonomy on our 5-axis milling machine, the loading robot is equipped with a lift system in which many parts can be stored until they are finished.  

This enables us to use our milling machine during the day for the production of single pieces and, at the same time, load the lift system, so that manufacturing can continue unmanned at night or during the weekend.

The lift system also has the option to store clamping devices, so that after a production run, it is possible to change the gripper system and the clamping devices. This way, we can switch seamlessly between various orders without the intervention of an operator.

This brings us another step closer to 24/7 production.
