The challenge
In a professional kitchen, efficient organisation is of great importance. This way, costs are kept low and little time is lost.
The sorting of cutlery is a time-consuming task that is usually done manually by kitchen staff. Not an ideal situation, which is why an inventive solution was needed.
Our solution
Fidomatic developed a cutlery sorter that enables industrial kitchens (e.g. hospitals, catering premises, large companies, banquet halls...) to automatically sort forks, knives, spoons, etc.
The advantages?
