The assignment
For an outdoor application, we were asked to design and manufacture a set of stainless steel cylinders with a weighted and screwed back and front part.
Our solution
We designed the cylinders and checked them on a test bench up to 250 bar for a total pressing force of 12.5T/cylinder. After the final approval, the certificate was delivered, and the cylinders were ready to be assembled in Denmark.
